How long dose shipping take ?

Be sure to check your order confirmation email! Our fulfillment time frame can be found in there. A typical timeline is 7-10 business days, but this may change depending on high volume events like Black Friday or our Birthday Bash. 

Once our fulfillment team packs your order, it will be picked up by the shipping courier and you will be notified via email with your tracking number. As excited as we are for you to receive your new products, please keep in mind there may be delays during transit that are beyond our control. We suggest contacting your package's shipping courier for any delivery questions you may have. 

Do i have to create an acount to place order?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

What's my order status?

If you have an account, you can login and view order status and tracking by logging in. It typically takes 1-2business days for an order to ship. If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped. If you need further assistance, please email us at

I want to change/cancel my order

We may be able to make changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:

- Changing the item or size

- Delivery/billing address

You have sent me the wrong item!

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you as fast as we can. 

- Your order number

- The name of the item you did not receive

- The name of the item you received in it's place

- A clear photograph of the item you have received.

Can i cancle my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
